Organizer Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every user who requests organizer status on the platform or uses organizer features after approval. By submitting an organizer request, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

1. Purpose of organizer status

Organizer status is granted so approved users can manage their organization profile, submit or edit event data, and use other organizer-specific platform features. Organizer status is not granted automatically and depends on platform-admin review.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

When requesting organizer status and when using organizer features, you must provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information about your organization, contact details, events, ticketing, and related materials. The organizer is responsible for incorrect or misleading submissions.

3. Responsibility for events and content

The organizer is responsible for event delivery, the accuracy of event descriptions, participant rules, dates, venues, pricing, and other organizer-provided information. The platform acts as an intermediary system and does not assume organizer responsibility for the event itself.

4. Platform review and moderation rights

The platform may review organizer requests, ask for additional information, reject a request, temporarily restrict organizer features, or revoke organizer status if it detects violations of these terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

5. Data use

Information submitted in the organizer request and organizer profile is used for organizer review, administrative communication, platform safety, payments or settlement processes, and legal compliance.

6. Communication and supporting documents

The platform may contact the organizer for additional information, clarifications, investigation of reported issues, or service-continuity matters. The organizer agrees to provide requested explanations or documents within a reasonable period.

7. Changes to these terms

The platform may update these organizer terms and conditions. New organizer requests must be submitted under the currently published version in effect at the time of submission.
