Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

This document defines the terms that apply to ticket purchases on the platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
1. Platform role
The platform acts as an intermediary between the ticket buyer and the event organizer. The platform does not organize the event and is not responsible for event delivery, event content, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation.
2. Organizer responsibility
The event organizer is solely responsible for event quality, event execution, date or venue changes and entry rules. For event-related issues, buyers must contact the organizer directly.
3. Ticket policy
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except where mandatory law or the organizer's published obligations require otherwise. Buyers must verify selected event details, date, ticket quantity, and price before completing payment.
4. Payments and payment data
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. The platform stores only payment-related data needed for purchase session records, payment reconciliation, and support handling.
5. Personal data
Buyer data collected during checkout (for example name, email, and purchase details) is used for purchase fulfillment, ticket confirmation, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
6. Data retention
Purchase and related operational records are retained for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
